Hey everybody. We’ve been…I guess you could say hermits as we haven’t been doing too much other than being babies and mommas and poppas these last couple weeks but I do have to announce that Sarah is 10 wks old today! She’s roughly 12lbs and 22 inches long. Up there on the right is a link to some Sarah at Xmas time photos and back at the link to the Web Gallery there is more of the different places we visited or of when we had people over.
The holidays have come and gone and it was absolutely cool. We all had a great time with everybody. Since I’m a hardcore slacker (yes, I know that will surprise almost all of you out there) you’ll notice not much has been put up by me, Dad. But that doesn’t mean we haven’t done stuff. We’ve done a lot and man do I get tired very easily now compared to just last year or a couple years ago.
I’m not going to type too much tonight but I want to pass along something I can’t get over right now. Last night and tonight when I get home from work, Mom is there holding Sarah and walking around or just keeping her occupied. I walk up to them and bend down directly in front of Sarah and start saying hi and such and you can see it takes a moment but the wheels are turning in her head…and then it registers. She knows me and my voice. I get the biggest, happiest grin you can imagine. The picture above doesn’t do it justice what I get but that’s for you guys out there for the idea.
It’s pure god damn joy.
