Last night The (Pregnant) Wife, her brother Tom and his son Tommy saw Bruce at the Wachovia Center in Phila. I think this was the 4th or 5th time I’ve seen him and I have to say the show was damn good. Played alot from his new record Magic that I haven’t heard yet except for the one track that’s hit the radio (Ties that Bind) and a whole bunch of older stuff. He ended the show with American Land which is some Irish-jiggy sort of track that apparently was from the Seeger Sessions recordings. I didn’t like that the show ended with that but it was good enough of a show overall that my voice is still hoarse this next morning.
So Sarah when you’re older and you have Bruce in your blood, you’ll know why. You’re welcome.
